not care that Ar…riel ruins the authenticity of the remake because everyone knows that Ariel is white with red hair. There is even the argument that white children with red hair are being robbed of the opportunity to see themselves on screen because, you know, representation matters. Children will not care that Ariel is now Black, but their parents will.
